How can i kick those last 10 lbs?

I have three children, and i have always gained alot of weight with my other pregnancies....but with this last i only gained a few over what the Dr recomended. I am in pretty good shape but I have a lingering 10 lbs that i didnt have before my new baby(3months). I have not hard core dieted...but i do exercise and eat healthy and the scale has not moved in over a month.

any sugestions?

  • running always works for me - like nothing else! cleansing and fasting help me, too.
