  • Those bracelets for air/car sickness. They worked great for me. You can try the preggo pops, which are supposed to be good. They didn't work for me. Made me worse. Ginger Ale and crackers as soon as you wake up, before you even get out of bed helps. They have these ginger pills that are all natural -- I never tried those either, but I've heard they're great.

  • Ginger Altoids were the best when i was nauseous. Peppermints work pretty good too.
