  • I don't know about hers, but I just made some easy ones this morning. There are only three ingredients: 1 c. Peanut butter, 1 c. Sugar, and 1 egg. (This makes about 18 cookies so increase it as you need to). Mix the ingredients in a bowl, pinch off the dough and roll it into small balls, roll the balls in sugar, and then press them out with a fork on your cookie sheet to make the cris-cross pattern. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes (no more than that even if you don't think they "look done" they are) and let cool completely. Really easy and fast and they're a family favorite for some reason even though there really isn't anything to making them!
