Do they seriously not teach this stuff in civics classes in high school? Come on. The presidential inauguration has been Jan. 20th since FDR's second term or something like that (with the exception of a couple of times it's fallen on a Sunday). Shouldn't everyone know this? I'm sorry, but I just thought everyone learned this kind of thing.
