Best way to get rid of hideous love handles????????

they make low cuts look bulky! yuck!

  • Lay on your side with your head resting on your arm and your hand palm down. Imagine a string attached to your ankle and one attached to your head that are pulling you up. Do a set of 20-30 on each side as often as you can.

  • i find that twists... help with it.. use a broom stick.. hold over your head and twist.. slow.. or fast.. and you can also do bends.. side bends.. and walk.. lady walk.. that gets rid of fat anywhere.

  • Losing weight. Doing those exercises is great, but if you eat too much food and don't burn enough calories, you are still going to have fat there. Try eating healthier and doing more exercise, cardio and strength training. Spot training(only working out one spot) does not help to reduce fat in that one spot. You'll just have a nice strong stomach with fat over your muscles.
