  • My doc told me I can take the tylenol colds, but that has been a while ago, I would ask a pharmacist.

  • Tylenol Cold and Flu is least that is what my doctor said.

    Hope you feel better soon.

  • Why do you need to take anything?

  • Go to: Cold and Allergy Remedies Compatible with Breastfeeding at

Avoid decongestants (like sudafed) as they can lower your milk supply.

  • This is going to sound gross, but when I get sick I eat a lot of raw garlic and drink a lot of orange juice. It helps. :) Also, saline nasal spray can help break up the congestion.

  • Drink some tea... and yeah, the garlic does work. Stay away from the meds.

  • I just went through the cold bug last week ... the doctor said it was ok to take robutisum for the day and DM at night. You can also suck on cough drops and flush your nose with a rinse. They gave me antibiotics as well.

  • Lyoness: typically, I agree with your posts and answers. But, to ask why someone would take something? Well, because they need to function as a parent so they might need something to relieve the cold symptoms. Sometimes, you feel like garbage, and medicine can sometimes make you feel better.
