THis may be a really dumb question... (refilling a ball with air)

So my kids have this little soccer ball, like a youth sized actually soccer ball they love. Well, it's completely flat now. No holes just a 3 year old ball. It still looks good and I have tested it for hole. Anyway. I could buy a new one for like $10-$15 or I could buy a hand pump with a needle for $10-$15... Is there not somewhere who I can just take the ball to and fill it up? For free or a couple of dollars? AS dumb as it sounds I cant fathom buying new toys right now. There are to many other needs to take care of.

  • Not sure but maybe a gas station where you fill up your tires. Not sure if it can be used to fill up a ball but it would only be 50 cents or so if you can.
