My son takes FOREVER to drink his bottle!

Sometimes he'll take only about 10 minutes to drink it, and then there's times when it takes about 45! should I switch him to a bigger nipple already? He's 4 weeks.

  • when he takes it in ten minutes notice how long it has been since the last feeding? also with 45 mintue feedings, notice how long it has been since the last feeding.
    because sometimes he may just be more hungry than others

  • try a medium flow nipple. works for my 3 week old.

  • I had the same problem and switched to faster flow nipples. It worked.
