Can you use icy hot while pregnant?

my back is killing me and I wanted some relief but I am not sure if its safe to use it or not?

  • I wouldn't use it. I'm pregnant also. Try a warm bath and a heating pad. Also, regular strength tylenol. Hope your back feels better. I understand the pain!

  • I Know u can't use thermal pads. I wonder if that's the same as icy hot
