What do you do or use for a night cap?

Do you take a sleeping pill ( my doctor prescibed me Ambien it helps me alot but it is habit forming) Or I have alittle drink of whatever we have in our cabinet. Or a small glass of milk with a tsp. of honey (warm milk that is).
I have heard alittle turkey can help you wind down. (sliced turkey not wild turkey)

I believe this is my last question I am getting sleepy til next time girls...ZZZZZZZ

  • I'm so exhausted by the time I get in bed lately that I'm asleep before my head hits the pillow. I have a teething infant though.

  • I work at 3am and go to bed at 9 on average so I am always dead tired. I have a hard time sleeping on my 2nd day off though and will take some ibuprofen to relax me enough.

  • I don't take anything. I have a five month old and I'm afraid I won't wake up if he needs me.
