  • go to your local dhs office and see if they have any babies up for adoption, it is free that way but you do have to pass background checks and go through some classes. These babies typically come from homes that just can't afford them or younger people who felt they weren't ready.

  • It really varies from Free to $45,000 plus travel expenses. Free from social services. Low cost/sliding fee at Catholic Caharities or Lutheran Social Services. $10,000-$15,000 locally, plus other expenses if the birth is not covered or to give a stipend for the mom. Usually around $30,000 or more for international.
