What are some exercises I can do while pregnant?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and need to exercise....would you buy a low impact aerobics dvd or just walk on treadmill??

  • I would just walk a treadmill. You could also go swimming if you have somewhere near you that has an indoor swimming pool. Or if you live in FL, just go swimming in an outside pool I guess. :)

  • I'm 38 weeks and ride a stationary bike and do some weight training a couple times a week.... anything low impact should be fine... just be sure not to exhaust yourself and stay hydrated!
