They pooped about every time they ate. I actually fed them first, then waited a bit and changed them. Otherwise I was going through twice the diapers. Sometimes we would chagne it and there, that nice runny yellow poop would come out LOL Oh, those first baby days.

You must be breastfeeding. Changing that many BM's a day is a good sign, it means they're getting enough to eat! After a few weeks, it'll slow way down and you'll get a lot less BM's - that's completely normal too
