  • Go ahead and start he is old enough. My baby is 9mo old, and I started him then. It has no lumps, it will not hurt him.

  • Gosh, I really have no idea! He wasn't on 1st foods, etc for very long before we tried 2nd foods and now we mix 2nd foods and cereal and oatmeal with it for an extra "boost." We also used half of the 2nd foods (saved the other half for the next feeding) for a while and only once a day and slowly worked him up, now hes eating 3 4oz 2nd foods a day. He is almost 11 months now, so, to answer your question, maybe 6 or 7 months or so?

  • I started my son on stage 2 foods when he was about 4 1/2 months going on 5 months. He eats all of stage 2 expect for the meats with gravy because he doens't like them and he also doens't like the garden veg or the pears with pineapples. My son is now 7 months and doing really well with the stage 2 foods.
