Hi, thinking of having another baby ,want to go on Clomid again but now I'm not working SO ins. doesn't pick that med up, I did clomid with Artf. Insem. Anyone pay out of pocket for clomid?

  • Not being mean but why would you want to have another baby if you are not currently working?? Is there a reason you are not working, are you looking for work?

  • My ins didn't cover clomid and it cost about $35 a month.

  • My insurance didn't cover any fertility drugs. Clomid cost about $50/month 2 or 3 years ago. As a PP said, I have heard it is now on the Wal-Mart $4 prescription list. I don't know if you wanted to know about the cost of IUI, but IUI would have cost around $300 - $500 without insurance at my doctor's office, not including monitoring visits (with insurance it was $150 for IUI, and $50 for each monitoring visit).
