Does your scalp hurt if you wear your hair in a high pony tail?

  • Yes, so I rarely keep it in a high ponytail. Most of the time when I'm home, it is a mid-way ponytail or it's in a bun at the nape of my neck.

  • Yes, if I haven't worn it that way in a while. Your hair has a natural direction. Pulling it into a ponytail most times pulls the hair in the opposite direction that it is used to or that it actually grows.

  • My whole head and neck hurt within minutes if I try any kind of ponytail. Or barrette. Or bobby pins. Or sunglasses...
