  • Conception is when the egg and the spermy join.
    Implantation is when the fertilized egg plants itsself on your uterus wall.

    Conception happens about 2 weeks before implantation, the egg and the sperm meet in the falopian tube, that's how tubular or ectopic pregnancies happen.

  • Conception is when the sperm penetrates the egg. Implantation is when the fertilized egg implants. I read online that it takes 1-14 days for the fertilized egg to implant into the uterus.
