  • Genetics.

  • If they are both full term babies, it is heredity. My husband's brother, who is a blond with pale coloring, was bald at birth, my husband who has dark hair and is not as fair, had a head full of hair. My BIL took after his mother's side of the family, my husband took after his father's side.

  • Yep - genetics.
Why do some have dark skin and some light? Why do some have blue eyes and some brown (even at birth)? Why do some arrive with a tooth or two?
