What do you do for extreme fatigue?

I have Ankylosing Spondilitis and Fibro and the fatigue is horrible. Any suggestions?

  • Agreed with jazak. You may feel like blah when you start but after you will feel better and better the more you do it.

  • Eat lots of fruit and have green smoothies daily. If you make fruits and greens the majority of your diet you should feel a major difference.

    You could start with green smoothies:

    And eating as much fruit as you desire before meals.

    Cut down your fat intake to 10% or under of total daily calories. Fat is very hard on your body and also well...too much is bad anyway.

    Exercise, fresh air and sunlight are also important daily.

    Take it slow and incorporate healthy lifestyle changes in and you should see a difference.
