  • the baby is really small, you might not be as far along as you think you are just yet. dont worry baby will show up soon enough.

  • I would talk to your doctor about it! Ask them the questions....not here on CafeMom where we don't know all the details. None of us are qualified to answer this question. You'll get honest, accurate questions from the doc so you know whether or not to worry.

  • Could be a number of things. The gestational age could be off meaning you are not as far along as you think you are. In which case you cannot see the baby. The person doing the ultrasound may not be expereinced and may have done a bad scan. Or there could be other more serious issues going on. Only thing you can do is talk to the doctor and wait until later when the baby is bigger and better detectible on the ultrasound.

Both of mine were about a week off from what was expected.

  • I was 3eks when I went in for mine and they found her so maybe it is just the ultrasound tech, not very good maybe?

  • 9 weeks is early. Did you have an internal ultrasound?

  • your baby DOESN't show not DON'T. And at 9 weeks it is normal for them not to it just depends on the size of the baby. They should be able to see a yolk sac. If they do not then you should worry.
