Do you give your children live cultures?

I just started giving them to my kids and taking them myself. I was just curious if you give them to your kids and if so, what kind do you use?

  • Absolutely! Especially after we've had antibiotics, which kill off all gut bugs, not just the bad ones, so you have to replenish with some good bugs. We use Kirkman ProBio Gold (chewables for my son & capsules for us) because they are a very high quality product and guaranteed to be allergy-free (very important for us) . You can find them here:

  • mummytomore: live cultures like the ones found in yogurt. But you can buy a supplement of them that is a lot more powerful than just yogurt. her doctor was very informing about them and convincing. Evidently they are great for a number of things. Keeps the intestine track clean, helps maintain immune system and provides support for the metabolism and so on & so on.
