  • Drink a lot of water and maybe cut down on your eating.

  • With any of the "miracle pills/drinks" you're just going to lose water weight...obviously not a great solution, but if it is just to fit in a dress a few days from now, it would probably work. It wouldn't be anything you would want to do long term, so if you want to stay looking good you will have to actually do the work...but for a quick fix for one night it would be alright.

  • Try cutting out the carbs and drink lots of water. Add in some green tea with Stevia or Splenda for a sweetener. You pee all day every day you do this but it works! Do some cardio along with that!

  • ok, this is gonna sound gross...
water pills and colon cleansing (in the form of an at home enema - told you it was gross!). Don't eat anything but raw vegetables and no more than 4 tablespoons of peanut butter a day (protein will keep you from being lightheaded). do NOT do this more than 3 days in a row unless you want to spend your birthday passed out!
