  • You can freeze breast milk for 6 months in a regular freezer. However there are different nutrients in the milk to accommodate your growing baby so you don't want to wait too long to use it. Aren't our bodies amazing?

  • I think you can safely store it for up to 6 months in a deep freeze. The box your storage bags came in should have guidelines.

  • Freshly expressed breastmilk in a self contained refrigerator freezer (the one in your fridge) unit is good for 3-4 months and 6-12 months in a deep freezer.

  • 4 hours at room temp, 24 hours in the fridge, 6 months in a 32 degree freezer and up to a year in deep freezers(0 degrees or cooler)
