How do I start Potty Training?

My son is 2 1/2 and, being a first time mom with next to no toddler interaction, I have no idea how or when to start training him. He has a seat that goes on our toilet and if I sit him on it he will pee. I dont push it and I dont put him on it everyday. I need advice on how to start him. is it too soon yet? And if not do I go to pull ups or underwear? Im a stay at home mom so that wont be a problem, but i just dont want to start him too soon. Any advice would be great.

  • Try "The No Cry Potty Training Solution".
And skip the pull-ups except for naps or long trips out of the house. Use underpants so he can tell he is wet.
