Is it normal to feel jealous after you and your SO/DH have separated or divorced?

I can't help but wonder and feel jealous about what he's doing, who he's meeting etc. When will it stop?

  • Yeah, it's normal. It has to be since there are songs, books, articles on the subject. The person was yours for a time. Now, they belong to someone else or are out there dating. The feelings will go away though. Trust me on that one.

  • yes it is normal to feel and think that way. after awhile you will not think about that anymore sometime people dont let thing go so easy it takes time to heal that part of you just remember things happen for a reason keep going move forward that helps alot

  • I think its normal bc you have been involved so long its normal to know what theyre doing, etc. Then all of a sudden you arent together so its totally natural to wonderm worry and be jealous. As time goes on and you also move on with your own life thatll all subside.
