My 2 & 1/2 mth Is Making Her Self Spit Up!

How do I make her stop doing this?
I thought it was cute when she first started to chew on her hands.
But now she is sticking her fingers way in there!
And I'm pretty sure that's what is making her spit up.
She just laughs and smiles when it happens.
But it's freaking me out!

  • Just pull her hands out and say no. My 6 month old does this also. You could put mittens on her to if it gets to bad.

  • She isn't intentionally making herself spit up. Perhaps you should give her a teething ring or a rattle or something of that nature that she can chew on without getting it too far in her mouth. My daughter did this for a while, but now she hardly ever chews on her own hands. She uses her toys and can't get them in as far. She is now 5 months old, but she was about 2 months when the problem started.
