I want to eat non fat foods. Please list sum that would be healthy to eat.. thanks

  • I question your leaning toward fat free foods. . .Many Natural fats are extremely healthy and do a good bit to curb your appetite.
    Some examples of this are olive oil, avocados, nuts of all kinds, eggs, etc.
    "Fat Free" foods can be highly processed and you should regard the ingredients list as carefully as you would anything else.
    Low fat Dairy is great though and should be used throughout your diet if you are tolerant as it is high in protein which will help curb your appetite as well.

  • bake everything ......i bake my chicken use fat free butter ...i bake my steaks and hamburgers my friends think i'm weird but it taste better to me and its healthier. use fat free dressing w/ salad ....fat free milk....drink more water....
