in ohio who would be the responcible person of a 17 rear old male married to a 19 year old female

my neice is signing papers for her 17 year old son to marry a 19 year old woman, would his parents still be responcible for him under ohio law

  • Technically they are both adults at this point. The marriage emancipated him which gives him the responsibilities of an adult, without the privledges - still can't drink, can't vote, etc.

  • any law in the country( the parents) ,unless he was emancipated.

    my sister in law was 16 and my bro 19 in ny and her parents had to sign.

    all states have different laws check with juevenial court.
