weird question, hoping someone can help...

I am about 32 weeks pregnant and very sick with an upper respiratory infection. What hurts the most is the inside of my nose and my throat. They are so dry it burns when I breathe. What can I use to moisturize them? I am drinking a ton of water and grossly enough putting a little chap stick in my nose just so it doesnt burn so bad to breathe. What is safe to do to get it moisturized? (especially my nose)

  • The saline sprays are a sanity saver when you are pregnant.

  • Have you tried a vaporizer? It might add some moisture to the air. I know it's miserable. Hang in there and I hope you feel better soon.
