Is it normal to be cramping during your first few weeks of pregnancy?

I know that it is sometimes normal, but if a back ache is invovled does this mean a miscariage? please help

  • No, a backache and cramping doesn't mean miscarriage. They are both normal and I'm still going through them along with other things at 27 weeks. Make sure if there is any blood though, that you go to the doc

  • I did, I cramped and the dr said it was called braxton hicks cramps. Also, if you are bleeding then that is something to be alarmed. If there is not blood, you should be okay but def. ask your dr at your next appt.
