  • Spaghetti is Always cheap and easy! but to make it special don't just buy a can of sauce, make your own Bolognese, it's very simple.

http://www.foodily.com/s/bolognese-sauce  personally "Pastor Ryan's" looks the best to me.

  • Speghetti is cheap and most kids enjoy it... You could do a noodle night: serve a fruit salad (mixed fruit like chopped banana's, grapes, oranges, etc into a bowl freshly cut), and a regular salad with some bread sticks or toasted garlic or buttered bread.. then do the noodles.. have a bowl of speghetti sauce a bowl with the meatballs, a bowl with butter garlic sauce and a bowl with alfredo and broccolli cheese sauce so the kids can choose.

Speghetti noodles are about $1.50 a box, the sauces will run you a total of maybe $10.00 max, breadsticks or bread will be up to $5.00 max pending on what kind you buy, then just fruits and salad mixings, which again will run about $5.00.. so in total about $20.00 for a full course meal for everyone that should make everyone happy.

  • The spaghetti ideas is great, you can buy a big bag of frozen meatballs and add to sauce, a big green salad and garlic bread. A big pan of brownies and ice cream for dessert.

  • Spaghetti with homemade sauce, steamed green beans and a nice leafy green salad wouldn't be too expensive and would be nutritious.
