Can't poop?

I think my prenatals are doing it, and have heard some have a stool softner in them but could not find them at cvs. Any more natural way then even more pills to help fix this? I think its what making me want to throw up so much, only one way for it to go. any thoughts?

  • The good prenatals I am taking now have less iron than the generic walmart brand I took before getting pregnant and I still cannot crap! That is just one lovely thing about pregnancy.

  • I think stool softners are the way to go. If you can't find them, ask the pharmasist. Until then, grapes & apple prune juice should help you. You can always call and ask the nurse at your dr.s

  • Try the Fiber One bars. They work great. I eat one a day even though I'm not pregnant I just stay constipated all the time.
