What Does Pataki/Potaki Mean?

My husbands best friend has an ex with a new boyfriend. The new boyfriend refers to DH's friends 9 yr old as a potaki/pataki(unsure of spelling).

The new boyfriend is of a Hawaiian background. Does anyone know what this term means?

The only thing I could find was in the urban dictionary and it said weird, odd, etc. Is that it or is there another one I havent been able to find yet?

Thanks for the help. :)

  • All I can find are Hindi translations. One says a cracker/type of firework, another says epidemic disease, and yet another says pride/boast/excellence; I believe the different translations are varying dialects. Google translate also says it could be Polish for "birds".
