What is the incubation period for the stomach flu?

Does anyone know when I can safely declare my house free from the stomach flu once someone in the house has had it? How long does it take to get the germ out of the house?

  • Oh, I see, you don't want to know how long it take to eat you alive! Usually it's 24 hour with no fevers in the house what so ever, with the stomach virus you should be safe with the 24hr rule, but you need to Lysol down anything a sick person has or may have been sick on,near or touched with un-washed hands! Good luck :)
