I love to make these for the holidays. I take glass bricks from Sutherland's, Home Depot, or Lowes, carefully drill a hole with a glass bit (hobby lobby makes some with pre-drilled holes, but they're MUCH more expensive.) Stuff in a short strand of xmas lights, and decorate with ribbon, holiday stickers, spray-adhesive and fake snow or glitter. I can sell an 8x8" square one for $25, easy. You can decorate with holly, feathers, bells... anything you want!

I make them for Halloween, harvest, xmas, new yrs, Easter, and July 4th.

  • I also cut paper snowflakes (with a stamp or diecut machine), use garland attachments, greenery, anything seasonal to attach to the top or sides instead of ribbon.
