  • lol question of the year!!!! =) unfortunately nothing is a quick fi..just find a diet and exercise plan that is fun and works for you! find a work out partner..sometimes that helps motivate. some fun exercises ive found is what miss smokey said and the pole dancing..doing belly dancing, or carmen electras aerobic striptease. hey why not kill 2 birds with one stone? learn to shake it right and get sexy doing it? lol

  • well if you're underweight, i would suggest you go on a healthy diet. try eating high protein, low fat or maybe a little more fat then you might be eating already. take vitamins, drink lots of water and do sit ups / crunches. it takes a long time, but, stick with it! hard work, no pain, no gain. you'll get there someday. good luck!
