Does Thrush hurt?

  • Thrush is a yeast infection of the mouth. I would have to say it is very uncomfortable, if not painful. It is easy to cure, the doctor can give a liquid suspension that will clear it up in a matter of days. Yogurt may help if the child is 4 months or older, if not, go to the doctor to get medication.

  • It can be. When I had it in my breast, it was extremely painful.

  • yes thrush is painful. Antibiotics are needed to treat thrush.

  • It's a weird sensation. I've had it twice, due to meds. Your mouth does hurt a bit, but the pain is different. You don't want to eat when you have it
