  • Chicken could make some different ways. I like to cook mine in italian dressing and serve it with rice. Chicken Helper maybe? Chicken and noodles? Chicken and dumplings? Serve it with different sides?

  • Chicken Piccata or marsala is a good choice. Both are really easy and you get to look like an allstar cook. (if you have a wegmans near you, they make really good sauces) but I can give you my recipe if you like.

  • My kids like "pizza chicken" (not sure if it's really called something else lol!) Take your chicken and grill or cook on a pan til its just done (don't over cook at all!) put it in a baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Top each piece with a couple tablespoons of marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella or provolone. Sprinkle on some pizza seasoning, then put it in a 425 degree oven til the cheese is melted and slightly browning on top. Chop and serve with garlic bread and a green salad.

  • Sounds like AprilDJC is trying to make Chicken Parmesan but she's skipping a few steps.

  • We love to bread our thin chicken (boneless & skinless) in beaten egg first, then seasoned bread crumbs, then lightly brown in a little bit of olive oil in a frying pan. Drain on paper towels and they are so moist and delicious!
