My 11 year old granddaughter contracted lice at the beginning of the school year. She has been sent home almost everyday and now they are charging my daughter with a misdemeanor and my granddaughter with truancy. My question is, what can we do to defend ourselves? Could we possibly lose my granddaughter? I desperately need some advice on this.
