Is it really that bad to have high hopes? Should I just never hope for anything because it might not work out? What kind of way is that to live?

I'm a little hurt the my parents don't come see my DS :( I can't stand SO's parents and they see him everyday. We live with them...ugh

I'm really missing a friend of mine who passed away a year ago. He was only 25. I still can't believe it :'(
