I started diet and exercise last thursday and I lost 12 pounds! Woot woot!! Thank you Jesus, because without Him, it would be impossible.

Im so happy!! I just joined a gym and did my first workout (not including the workout I did at home yesterday) and I am so tired. Feel like I got a beatdown! lol
