Tripped on my walk today and sprang my ankle..OUCH! I feel like an idiot! LOL

Once I broke my toe on the closet just gettin out of bed. I couldn't walk for like a week and had to use crutches

Awesome!! I am a childbirth educator and have done some doula work sometimes too; it's sooo rewarding to help moms reach their birth goals!
