wish i could go trick or treating with the grandkids tonight but still have sciatica and cant walk too good. i go see a specialist on thursday. im missing out on everything!

have to go to the psych dr today. going to tell her im not coming off my klonopin like she wants. have too much anxiety. might have to end up finding another doc if she dont agree.
