This is just not a good day. My son is having an asthma attack and the neb treatments aren't fully clearing his lungs. I hope this slows to a stop soon.

I just planted a vegetable garden! By that, I mean I planted carrots and cucumbers. :) I totally do not have a green thumb... but I figured, why not? :) Let's give it a go!

I have zero motivation today. There's yard work to be done. Housework to be done. All I want to do is lay on the couch and nap!!! Stupid period. :-P

I increased my speed today! YAY!! :) I ran 3 miles at 6.0 pace, so a 10:00 mile. Not bad!!! When I first got started, I was running like 1-2 miles at 5.2! Much better!! :)

Wow! That was quite a good episode of Private Practice this week! I sobbed! And Addison names her son Henry?? What is with this name exploding in popularity?? :)

Boo... Aunt Flo arrived today. :-P I knew she was coming. It made me feel really, really blah at the gym. I was able to get the biking in, but my body couldn't handle the run today. Oh, well. At least I did something, right?

I am so heartbroken right now... My sister-in-law just lost her baby at 16 weeks. :( Almost year ago, my other sister-in-law lost her baby at 15.5 weeks... This is just too much.

tlj37 I am so sorry! I lost my little boy seven years ago in November. Aidan Noah. I was almost thirty weeks. His heart stopped beating. We never found out why, but it hard doesn't even begin to describe the pain. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. April 17, 2012 at 1:09 PM -
