Well, I had a set back over Easter weekend with my weight loss but I am getting back on track. I'm down 5lbs in almost 2 weeks. Not sure if I will get a workout in today because I have so much to do. I need to vacuum living room & bedrooms, sweep kitchen & bathrooms, put dishes away, wash dishes, put clothes away and just straighten the house up overall. Guess I better get started.

    Luv.My.Kidz Make sure when you do your vacuuming, picking up, cleaning etc you track those times in MyFitnessPal. Those count for exercise! April 3, 2013 at 1:15 AM

    NickelMom5 I don't log exercise on MFP. I had a lady in the Healthy Weight Loss group calculate my BMR and she added exercise in with it. Her's came up that I need to eat 2160 calories when I don't exercise and just eat a little more when I do exercise. So I just put my calories at 2160 on MFP :) I think it's easier cause I believe MFP is off on the calories burned on some things lol April 3, 2013 at 10:51 AM

Down 3.8lbs in 5 days! :) Just hoping I can keep this up and keep losing weight. Need to lose 145lbs to get to my goal weight.

Gonna go through our kitchen cabinets and get rid of some of our not so healthy food items. Going to Wal-Mart this evening to buy some healthier foods :) My family is going to start eating better!!

Please pray for my mother. She had a heart attack Saturday morning and has been in the hospital since. She has two blockages they will be taking care of tomorrow. We're praying for a full, speedy recovery!
