My husband just got a new bike and he'd like to take the baby out for a spin, but we haven't invested in a baby carrier yet. Until now, we were only familiar with traditional bike trailers, but I just found out there's a new way to bring your baby along for the ride: the iBert safe-T-seat.
Rather than hooking it up to the back of a bike, the iBert safe-T-seat attaches to the handlebar stem.
Created by Kelly Eissinger, mom of two, the safe-T-seat fits most bikes on the market and features a three-point child safety harness system with a quick attach/detach buckle. Eissinger designed the safe-T-seat because she thought most bike child seats were too bulky. The company says the safe-T-seat allows for better communication with your child as well as better protection from dust and dirt. The seat, which retails for $89.95, fits most children four years old and younger.

Well I think it would have to be when I rode a big wheel-loved it!! And when I got older, my mom did not buy me one so i shared with my friend and I would ride on her handlebars. Those were some of the best times I had.
my favorite memory of bike riding was when i was a kid. is when my dad would put me on his bike and take me to the town go cart races , that memory is very vivid still today after 35 , 40 years.
The first time I got to ride my bike without training wheels. 1 tree in the yard and oh yes, I hit it! LoL! It was a learning experince.
My favorite memory of bike riding was right after I got my first mountain bike. I was 10 1/2 and my dad decided to take me, my brother (8) and our friend for a ride. We hopped on our bikes and trekked through Chicago to McKinley Park. I just remember having so much fun navigating through the park and then the crumbled sidewalk along Western Ave and my dad being a whole block ahead as we just kept in a long line. It was the most fun I ever had and longest bike ride I had taken to that point since we weren't allowed more then a couple blocks from our house usually.
I remember I was living with my grandparents, and my mom used to visit me. When I was about 3 or 4 she came and brought me a strawberry shortcake tricycle! I will never forget how excited i was!!

The summer I had a purple 10-speed and my brother and I took the brakes off of it for some reason and I spent the summer riding a bike with no brakes. At ten years old, I thought it was a lot of fun and would fly down hills on it just to impress my brother. My Mom had no idea we took the brakes off either.
