Oh, IKEA, you've done it again. Love this space-saving, ultra-storage vessel of a collapsible changing table, found via Simply Stated. Oh yes, this is nice. And small. And fold-up-able. And holds a lot of baby stuff.
As cute as it is...I'm sure it cost's a pretty penny too. For me...the floor, couch or bed was the bast and easiest option. I don't see that changing anytime soon, but if it did I would probably go for something like this.
I OWN a changing table, but I don't think I ever changed a diaper on it. I just had a "diaper towel" I kept folded on the back of the couch I used for cushion on the floor. If we were out, I had a blanket I used to keep folded in the diaper bag. We store things on the changing table. lol
Changing tables, imo, are the most useless pieces of furniture, EVER. Has a baby ever been changed on one? I never bought one, but most everyone I know with a baby has one--and never uses it.
I have changed my baby on his table just about every time. We took an old computer desk and made it into one, it's been great. He won't lay down anymore, but he stands up and messes with stuff on the shelves, so it still works.
I got a regular changing table to match my sons crib before he was born. i used it his first month, then used the bed or the floor. with the new baby, im not even going to bother getting a changing table. lol
I wonder how small it folds up! I would totally take this on a trip. We always have to drive 12-14 hours to go "home" for Christmas. 1/2 the places along the way have no place to change a baby. If I could have something like this, I could take it with me and not have to try to find a clean place to change my child!
I do have a regular changing table in our house and I use mine all the time!

I had a much cheaper and easier changing table. It was called the floor. A million times easier then trying to hold a baby on a tiny table and worry about them rolling off while changing. When I had 3 kids in diapers it was the most practical and easiest way to change them...assembly style, one after the other.
