I need to get rid of a wooden high chair, changing table, stroller, safety gates, bed rails ... I'm sure the list will go on once I finally get a chance to clean out the attic where I crammed all my outgrown baby stuff just to get it out of my sight.
I'm leery about Craigslist because I don't want creeps at my house, eBay just isn't for me, and I'm so not in the mood to put on a tag sale. Not keen on paying money for an ad in the paper, either. Come to think of it, all the above options could involve creeps.
I read about a new option for moms both looking to get rid of -- and get -- baby and children's stuff: kidzola.com.

Tell me what you think about this one ...
A teddy bear made out of a placenta.
But that's not the weirdest part.
The weirdest part is that you make this yourself. From a kit that you buy. That involves the tanning and sewing of a human organ. An organ that was inside you. That your baby will probably suck on and put in his mouth thousands of times. Is that enough?

Love these eco-friendly baby teething rattles from the little alouette Etsy shop. Get baby's initial and make their teething toy extra special.
A nice alternative to plastic teethers, these handcrafted rattling teethers are made from locally sourced Ohio maple. Each rattle is one of a kind! $18 each.

I love The Wooden Wagon's colorful wooden mobiles to decorate the baby's nursery, especially the hot air balloons. Which one is your favorite?

I love wooden children's toys, so these stacking wooden Wobble Towers from ROMP are nice finds.
These pretty wobbly stacking toys are made by hand, using water-based dyes and natural oils and are $18 each. Baby will love to roll, teeter, stack, and chew on these.

These lovely stacking blocks are decorated with beautiful papers, small words, all the letters of the alphabet, and the numbers 1-10. There's also a full picture on one side for puzzle-making. A great plaything and a learning toy combined.
Right now these pretty handmade and made-to-order blocks are $24 (sale price) for the set of 12 at Lily & LOU (aka CafeMom carrie_grace). Blocks are sealed with several coats of a waterproof, nontoxic, water-based sealer.

My daughter loves rubber duckies, and she has quite a collection since her grandfather has sent her every duck imaginable—a princess duck, a cowboy duck, a chef duck, etc. She plays with them during her bath and likes to put them in her mouth, which stresses me out. Why? Rubber ducks are toxic.
