Most weekends I would wear my pajamas all day if I could...sometimes I actually do. But I noticed that a lot of my loungewear (to make it sound fancy) could use some sprucing up. It's a mix of my husband's old t-shirts, sweats I've had since the 90s, and well...things that have holes and stains -- they should be ripped up and used as rags instead.
I found three really cute options, so even if you do stay in your PJs all day, you can still feel pretty.
Soft Surrounding's Phoenician Caftan ($79.99 on sale) is so super pretty, yet is still practical for hanging out with the kids on a lazy Sunday morning.

Forever 21 sells this super-soft Tiffany V-Neck Tee ($8.80) that would look cute with Midnight Floral PJ Pant ($10.80). Both are inexpensive and you can wear that tee with jeans, too.

Betsey Johnson "Satin Yoryu" Pajama Set ($88) is also versatile. I love her prints and feminine detailing on the top. I wouldn't be embarrassed if I was caught by a neighbor in this while running out to throw out the trash.
What's your favorite loungewear?

I have satin pants and tops. I wear them when I get home from work and some Sat. and Sun. I might wear them all day! I have fibromyalgia and osteoarithritis and was having trouble rolling over in bed without pain. Now with satin pj's and sheets I slip over with no problem!!!!
I have a large collection of satin or silk pants and tops. When those damn hot flashes started I got HOT on top, so bought spaghetti strap tops and add a long sleeve satin shirt when I get out of bed and feel a chill. I like them, they make me feel pretty...for just ME!! (No husband).
I don't feel dumpy sitting around on Sat or Sun. Yet I am comfy and if someone comes to the door and says "Oh did I get you out of bed?" I say "Oh no these are my lounge wear!"
PS I get my tops and bottoms at 2nd hand stores and I mix and match plus they are CHEAP! I never spend more than 2-3 dollars each piece!

I have like 60+ Caftans, they are really comfortable and cute... I have seen some women out and about in them... mine cost me $20 -$25... I sew and I am looking for a nice pattern for one.
