I know there are a lot of really creative and artistic CafeMoms -- and don't we all LOVE shoes?! So I had to tell you about this really neat contest from Zappos and Steve Madden.

You design a shoe. Enter it into the contest. Three are selected for a trip to Las Vegas and NYC to present their design and one will win -- having her her shoe made and sold on Zappos!

The day has finally arrived -- Jimmy Choo's line for H&M hits the stores today.

I'm trying to decide if I should just buy some items now for post-pregnancy because there is no way my piggie feet are fitting into any of those shoes at the moment. And there are clothes and accessories, too -- at H&M prices...not traditional Jimmy Choo (I can't afford them) prices.

During the summer, I bought a really cute tankini bathing suit from Norma Kamali's line sold at Walmart. And last weekend, I hung out with my sister who bought Norma Kamali's Bat Wing Cardigan for just $18.

Last week's Project Runway had me scratching my head -- what is going on with them? There wasn't much to like in this last challenge. Are they all too busy talking about each other to focus on their own designs?

There usually is a couple of looks I love, but not this time.

Last week I loved how Carol Hannah was talking about her crush on Logan -- he sure is cute. But this last episode made me dislike Irina even more.

For Breast Cancer Awarenss Month there are tons of clothes, makeup, and accessories you can purchase to show your support. Only in October do I have an actual excuse to shop—it's for a good cause!

The recession-chic "LC" collection by Lauren Conrad, former star of The Hills, is out at Kohl's now.

I'm counting the days until the Where the Wild Things Are movie comes out in theaters (October 16th!). In the mean time, there's a new Where the Wild Things Are-inspired clothing line created by Brooklyn designer Mary Meyer for Urban Outfitters.

I love this dress!

I went to one of the best fashion shows during Fashion Week. And it wasn't at Bryant Park or even in some chic Manhattan location. It was in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at the beyond fabulous apartment belonging to Leila Shams.

Leila is one of the most talented designers out there and she debuted her own line, called LEILA SHAMS, for Spring 2010.

It's bold and edgy, sexy yet sweet -- just like the designer herself.
